Terms of Service
Last reviewed 2026-05-15
1. Who we are
kae.one is operated by CAP Fintech Limited (“we”, “us”). Hong Kong company-formation work is performed in partnership with China and Partners Limited, a licensed Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP licence TC007253).
By using kae.one you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What we do
For a one-time fee of HKD 5,980 we will:
- Prepare and file Form NNC1 (incorporation of a private company limited by shares) with the Hong Kong Companies Registry.
- Apply for the Business Registration Certificate.
- Provide a registered office address for the first year.
- Provide mailroom service — mail received at your registered address is scanned and delivered to you digitally.
- Deliver a digital company kit (Certificate of Incorporation, Articles, and related documents).
- Pay the relevant government filing fees on your behalf out of the fee you paid us.
We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. If you need advice, please consult a qualified professional.
3. Eligibility
To use kae.one you must:
- Be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a contract.
- Be the sole founder of the proposed company (multi-founder setups are not yet supported).
- Hold a valid travel document (passport or HK travel permit).
- Not be a sanctioned person under the United Nations Sanctions Ordinance or any other applicable list.
4. Your obligations
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
- Upload genuine identity documents. Forged or altered documents will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Comply with our anti-money-laundering and customer-due-diligence requests.
- Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your session.
5. What we cannot guarantee
We will use reasonable skill and care to prepare and submit your filing, but the decision to accept, defer, or reject an incorporation rests with the Hong Kong Companies Registry. We do not guarantee:
- That your proposed company name will be available or accepted.
- The timeframe within which the Companies Registry will process your filing.
- That your application will pass our customer-due-diligence review (some applications are referred to manual review and may be declined).
6. Fees and refunds
The service fee is HKD 5,980. Government filing fees are paid out of this amount; the Companies Registry does not refund government fees once a filing has been accepted for processing.
- Before we submit your filing — you may request a refund. We will refund the service fee minus a reasonable administrative charge to cover work already performed.
- After we submit your filing — no refund is available.
- If we decline your application at CDD — we will refund the service fee in full.
Refund requests should be sent to support@kae.one.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use kae.one to:
- Incorporate a company for an unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion.
- Impersonate another person or provide false information.
- Interfere with the security or availability of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached this clause.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of kae.one is limited to the service fee you actually paid us. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Intellectual property
The kae.one name, logo, website, and software are owned by CAP Fintech Limited. You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload; you grant us a limited licence to use that material to provide the service.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last reviewed” date above will change when we do. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
